Hi YK, From the log file, we know the reason of pairing fail is "code 33" which means STB can't find RCU. Based on previous experience, there are 2 possibilities: 1. RCU is not in advertising mode. Did that user see green LED on RCU flashing duration pairing process ? 2. There is a known issue on RCU side that even green LED is flashing, STB can't find RCU in advertising mode. User needs to do RCU reset ('*'+'3') or re-plug battery to recover.
